Pricing Policy: |
We will price out any plan shown on our web site. For pricing of plans from White Eagle Building Systems Inc., pricing is available upon request. For pricing of any plans from contributing designers, we can supply an estimate only at no cost, or a 30 day quote upon receipt and review of the full construction approved print. Prints obtained from contributing designers have costs associated with them. Interested parties must first purchase these plans and submit them to our company for a quote, or arrange to first purchase the contributing designer's plans through White Eagle Building Systems Inc. Pricing The Handcrafters Selection Option (HSO) - Our Premium Materials Package & Custom Design/Build Program: |
Materials Package Components:
Client's may select from our most complete package group, the Handcrafters Selection Option (HSO). With this option, a large selection of package upgrades may be included. These may include items such as TGI or engineered floor trusses, various log and timber shell components upgraded in size, profile, or wood species, premium windows and doors, staircase items, cabinetry, appliances, mechanical components, and more. In a few words, perhaps the most complete and highest quality materials package perhaps offered anywhere.
Custom Design/Build Program:
White Eagle's custom design and build program offers the client a comprehensive professional format for their entire project. This program is tailored to provide the client with a personalized approach that addresses all of their specific needs and individual preferences, while placing their project in a priority status. Our seven step "Phase One" approach and process starts with: 1) An introductory meeting and project analysis, followed by 2) Certain initial planning 3) A site visit and meeting with the Client at their property, and to offer consultation as to house placement and other 4) Preliminary sketches to full working construction design drawings of their project's structure 5) Issuing an itemized materials package estimate or quote, (see a sample of our HSO estimating/quote sheets below) 6) Gathering information as to project costs, including other labor and material estimates and/or costs required for completion of the project, and 7) Assembly of the corresponding paperwork for the client and/or lender, including project specifications, and labor and material estimates and/or costs.
Quoting Your Materials Package (Phase One - Step # 5):
Below are flyers indicating our 3 essential levels of completeness in our package groups that we offer. The first flyer summarizes 3 primary package groups offered, including: 1) Log & Timber Framed Essentials Package, 2) Weathertight Shell Package, and 3) Our most complete materials group, the Handcrafters Selection Package. The second flyer is specific to the Handcrafters Selection Option (HSO), with a detailed summary sheet available or supplied package group materials content and options. The six final flyers illustrate the summary of various package contents that will be quoted for a project, after completion of the design phase, along with the corresponding materials and/or labor estimate or quote, specific to each item selected for the Handcrafters Selection Option (HSO) projects.

Estimated Material Package & Construction Costs: |
Due to the large number of plans shown on our web site, the unlimited possibilities, and the likelihood that almost 100% of new homes are all customized, the majority of plans are not priced out. To do so would require approximately 1080-1350 individually priced homes, based on over 270 designs with 4-5 package options ... and we even offer more than 5 options. Given the magnitude of this ongoing task, along with daily market fluctuations in material costs, fuel costs, and other factors, this is not realistic on this volume of designs.

Although we do offer materials packages for purchase, we realize that prospective home buyers demand excellence and commitment, with extensive services, as well as an affordable high quality materials package. Our involvement starts early on with a helpful and caring call or meeting, and continues long after a log or timber framed home materials package arrives at the building site. No matter how much precutting we provide with the materials package, building a quality log or timber framed home requires a lot of experience, hard work, and dedication. A critical void exists today, for perhaps the most important part of the entire process ... the "soldiers in the trenches" so to speak, or the laborers. It brings to mind what the Greatest Carpenter once said, "The harvest truly is plenteous, but the laborers are few", Matthew 9:37. For roughly 30 years, I have worked to be a part of the solution, whole heartedly involved in the process.
