Package Description, The Eagle Creek Plan, Legacy Option:

Options for this package include our Legacy MillCrafted log (as shown) or our Legacy timber framed wall option. Log options include a choice of four popular log profiles. Note: Logs are all house grade and not a lower grade such as "cabin grade" or other. White Pine logs and Douglas Fir structural beams properly kiln dried and TPI graded. For Timber Framed, all inside timber framed beamery is in Douglas Fir.

As a material package summary of items supplied, all properly kiln dried TPI graded logs and beams, all windows, doors, trim, subfloor framing and Advantec decking, mud sill plates, decks, porches, wall framing, stains and borates, and so much more and are all included and affordably priced!

Deluxe Weather Tight Materials Package:

	Subfloor Package: Full subfloor materials package for main level and for the bonus room over the garage area.
	Porch, Gazebo, & Deck Package: White Pine heavy timber porch, plus pressure treated decks, and balcony package, less hand railings.
	Log Wall Option: Select from any of our four basic log profiles for a full log home, all the same price! (Package is shown in 8" x 8" D log profile, with framed, sheathed, and log sided walls for the pantry, laundry, and adjacent half bath).
	Timber Framed Option: Full Legacy Douglas Fir timber frame & SIPS panel package for exterior wall system. Call for affordable pricing!
	Heavy Timber Package: Full Douglas Fir beams, girders, rafters, and collar tie package for all heavy timber floors, all levels.
	Roof Weather Tight Package: Full roof system package to felt, including R-30 built up roof, furring, sheathing, vents, & more. Garage & connector roof to the garage is 2" x 10" rafters and collar ties, with sheathing & roof felt.
	Framing Package: Full interior wall framing and plates partition package, all four levels.
	Garage & Bonus Room Package: All framing, wall and roof sheathing, log siding, clad Lowe-E windows, exterior service door, felt & more!
	Exterior Siding & Trim Package: Full Exterior Cedar siding, Cedar fascia & trim, and exterior stain materials package.
	Heavy Timber Stairs Package: Full heavy timber interior stairs package, two levels, and framed stairs to the basement. (Hand rails not included).
	Interior Doors & Trim Package: Full interior White Pine solid wood doors and casing and baseboard trim package, main two levels.
	Exterior Doors & Window Package: Clad low-E windows & exterior door package, all three floor levels as drawn, including the walk out lower level. (Overhead garage doors are extra).
	Freight: Freight is F.O.B., Louisville, Kentucky, USA. State tax, unloading equipment, labor, or any other is extra.
	Kiln Dried & TPI Graded: Timber framed or our log option (see below) includes kiln drying & TPI graded!
	Plan Size Summary: 5,600 square foot, main two levels, plus 1,120 square foot of garage space.
	Total Structure Size: 6,720 square foot.
