On this page we are showcasing another timber design, The Virginia Farms, along with The Pauly Plan, one of our popular custom MillCrafted designs.  Both plans offer spacious floor plans, strong architectural curb appeal, and numerous popular amenities.

Custom designed by White Eagle Building Systems Inc., The Virginia Farms features complex timber framing, featuring mortise and tenoned joinery of Douglas Fir timbers, with options for other quality wood species as well.  The Pauly Plan features MillCrafted and dovetailed log walls, exposed Douglas Fir heavy timber framed floors and roof systems, and four finished levels of executive quality design.

By request, we will also supply these designs in our handcrafted log or log post and beam, MillCrafted, or our TimberCrafted package selections.

The Virginia Farms

Plan Description, The Virginia Farms.  2,997 square foot of finished space on the top two levels, and including:

	An open floor plan for the great room, kitchen, and dining area, looking up to a large open upper loft.
	An attractive main level master bedroom & bath suite.
	A large walk in pantry, and a spacious laundry are also located on the main level, and as well as a 1/2 bath.
	A vaulted great room featuring hammerbeam trusses, a stoned fireplace, with lots of glass and light.
	A beautiful open helical stairs, with mortise and tenoned timbered railings is a stunning focal point.
	A welcoming gabled front entry porch, along with a full width rear deck and a separate screened porch area.
	A spacious three car garage, with a full optional bonus room above.

Bold lines and large scale timber framing are at the heart of this design. 

 

Finished Walkout Basement.  2,296 additional square foot, and including:

Two bedrooms, a full bath, a timber framed family room, a utility room, glassed walk out walls, and a spacious lower terrace.

Package Description, The Virginia Farms.  Complex timber framing, featuring mortise and tenoned joinery of Douglas Fir timbers.  High performance energy efficient SIPS panels, tongue and groove decking for ceilings, Loewen windows and exterior doors, and options for a complete weather tight shell package.

Package Options: Handcrafted Log, Log Post & Beam, MillCrafted, or TimberCrafted package selections.

The Pauly Plan

Plan Description, The Pauly Plan.  5,789 square foot of finished space on the top three levels, and including:

	An open floor plan for the great room, kitchen, and dining area, looking up to the second level loft.
	An attractive main level master bedroom & bath suite.
	A main level aviary room and a library.
	A vaulted great room and stoned fireplace, with lots of glass and light.
	A beautiful heavy timber stairs and mortised and tenoned log railings are a focal point.
	Four second level bedrooms, two full baths bath, and an open upper loft.
	A full open third story for entertainment, reading, or other.
	A welcoming gabled full width front entry porch.
	A spacious full width rear deck with porch areas, complete with mortise and tenoned log hand railings.

Optional Finished Walkout Basement. 895 additional square foot of heated space, plus garage areas, and including:

A family room, a half bath, a stoned fireplace, a utility room, a laundry, a 3.5 car garage, plus glassed walls and a spacious lower terrace.

Bold lines and precisely crafted and dovetailed log work are at the heart of this design.

 

Package Description, The Pauly Plan.  MillCrafted log work, and in the client's choice of 4 popular log profiles, or in MillCrafted Timber Framed.  White Pine logs and Douglas Fir heavy timber beams are all kiln dried and TPI grade stamped.
