	A welcoming gabled front entry and full width porch, and a full width rear deck and two inset porches.
	A spacious three car garage, with a full optional bonus room above.  This adds over 800 additional square foot of finished space.

Optional Finished Walkout Basement. Over 2,000 additional square foot, and including:

A guest bedroom, a full bath, a family room and wet bar, a combined utility and laundry room, an office, a lower terrace & more!

Bold lines and large scale timber framing are at the hearty of this design. multiple storage rooms, plus glass and a spacious lower terrace. 

Package Description, The Aspen.  Complex timber framing, featuring mortise and tenoned joinery of Douglas Fir timbers.  High performance energy efficient SIPS panels, tongue and groove decking for ceilings, Loewen windows and exterior doors, and options for a complete weather tight shell package.
